भूत भगाने के चक्कर में पिता और दादी ने ले ली 2 मासूमों की जान

चंडीगढ़। पंजाब के बठिंडा जिले में अंधविश्वास के चलते पिता और दादी द्वारा अपने दो मासूम बच्चों की हत्या का सनसनीखेज मामला सामने आया है। दादी तांत्रिक बताई जाती है जबकि पिता ने अपनी मां के अंधविश्वास पर भरोसा कर इस कृत्य को अंजाम दिया। तांत्रिक दादी ने दोनों मासूमों को भूत करार देते हुए पहले तो उन्हें जमकर पीटा और बाद में जलता हुआ बिजली बल्ब उनके मुंह में ठूंस दिया। बिजली शॉक लगने से दोनों बच्चों की मौत हो गई। पुलिस ने आरोपी दादी और पिता के खिलाफ केस दर्ज करके गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।
जानकारी के मुताबिक, बठिंडा जिले के कोटफत्ता गांव में रहने वाली निर्मल कौर और उसके बेटे कुलविंदर सिंह तांत्रिक हैं। उनको शक था कि उनके बच्चों रणजोत सिंह (5) और अनामिका (3) में भूत है इसलिए उन्होंने तंत्र-मंत्र के सहारे भूत उतारने की योजना बनाई। इसका पता बच्चों की मां को चला तो उसने विरोध किया, लेकिन पति ने उसे पीटकर कमरे में बंद कर दिया। इसके बाद कुलविंदर सिंह ने बच्चों को मां के सामने लिटा दिया। कहा जा रहा है कि निर्मल कौर ने बच्चों के सामने मंत्रों का जाप करते हुए उन्हें बेरहमी से पीटना शुरू कर दिया। पिटाई की वजह से दोनों बच्चे बेहोश हो गए। इसके बाद मां ने बेटी कुलविंदर को बच्चों को करंट लगाने के लिए कहा, तो कुलविंद्र ने दोनों को करंट लगा दिया। इससे बच्चों की मौत हो गई। फिर बच्चों को जिंदा करने के लिए निर्मल ने बच्चों के मुंह में जलता हुआ बल्ब और ट्यूबलाइट के टुकड़े डाले, लेकिन उनकी पहले ही मौत हो चुकी थी।

करनाल। हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि होली का त्यौहार आपसी भाईचारे का प्रतीक है। इस दिन हम सब आपसी मतभेद भुलाकर एक दूसरे को रंग लगाकर बधाईयां देते हैं। यह त्यौहार बुराई पर अच्छाई की जीत का पर्व है। हम सबको इस पर्व पर सामाजिक बुराईयों एवं कुरीतियों को समाप्त करने का संकल्प लेना चाहिए, जिससे सभ्य समाज की संरचना में सभी का बेहतर योगदान मिल सकें। मुख्यमंत्री स्थानीय मेहता फार्म में होली पर्व के उपलक्ष्य में आयोजित होली सद्भावना उत्सव में उपस्थित जनसमूह को सम्बोधित कर रहे थे। इस मौके पर उन्होंने प्रदेश की जनता को होली एवं महिला दिवस की भी बधाई दी।

मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार ने अपने अढाई साल के कार्यकाल के दौरान क्षेत्रवाद व जातिवाद से ऊपर उठकर हरियाणा का एक समान विकास करवाया है। सरकार ने हरियाणा एक-हरियाणवीं एक के सिद्धांत पर कार्य करते हुए समूचे प्रदेश में विकास की गति को तेज किया है। उत्सव में गीता मनीषी स्वामी ज्ञानांनद महाराज ने भी अपने प्रवचनों से श्रद्धालुओं का मार्गदर्शन किया। वृंदावन से आए लोक कलाकारों ने भगवान श्रीकृष्ण की रासलीला से दर्शकों को भक्ति रस से सराबोर किया। सूचना जनसम्पर्क एवं भाषा विभाग के कलाकारों ने भी सरकार की विकास गाथा पर आधारित तथा सामाजिक बुराईयों से दूर रहने का संदेश देती प्रस्तुतियां दी।
होली सद्भावना उत्सव की संयोजक एवं महापौर रेनू बाला गुप्ता ने मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल, गीता मनीषी ज्ञानांनद महाराज, आरएसएस के सहप्रांत संघ चालक पवन जिंदल सहित उत्सव में उपस्थित लोगों का स्वागत किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल के नेतृत्व में हरियाणा प्रदेश निरंतर आगे बढ़ रहा है। प्रदेश के अन्य जिलों के साथ-साथ करनाल जिला में भी विकास की गंगा बह रही है। उन्होंने कर्णताल का जीर्णोद्वार करने, स्वामी विवेकानंद पार्क का निर्माण करवाने, कल्पना चावला मेडिकल कॉलेज बनवाने, नए बस अड्डे का निर्माण कार्य शुरू करवाने, पश्चिम-यमुना नहर के साथ-साथ बाईपास बनवाने जैसी महत्वपूर्ण परियोजनाओं को स्वीकृति देने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री का धन्यवाद किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश की जनता को समर्पित किया बजट

जयपुर। मुख्यमंत्री वसुंधरा राजे ने विधानसभा में वर्ष 2017-18 का बजट पेश किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने बजट घोषणाओं में शिक्षा, रोजगार, कृषि, चिकित्सा, पेजयल और बुनियादी सुविधाओ पर प्रदेश की जनता को सौगात दी है। 

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश को बीते तीन सालों में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में कई पुरस्कार मिले है। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले तीन सालों में 4 हजार गांवों को सड़कों से जोड़ा गया है और अब दूसरे चरण में दो हजार गांवोंं में सड़कों का निर्माण होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य राजमार्गों को मजबूत करने की दिशा में भी कदम उठाये जा रहे है। 

ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में गौरव पथों के निर्माण का कार्य तेजी से चल रहा है। 200 ग्राम पंचायतों में 1200 करोड़ की लागत से गौरव पथों का निर्माण होगा। वहीं 8 हजार करोड़ की लागत से 5 हजार किलोमीटर से ज्यादा सड़कों का निर्माण होगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने पेयजल पर बोलते हुए कहा कि 67 मुख्य पेयजल योजनाओं पर कार्य किया जा रहा है। बूंदी पेयजल योजना 80 करोड़ 80 लाख रुपये खर्च होंगे, जबकि बारां में एनीकट से पेयजल समस्या को दूर किया जाएगा। साथ ही शुद्ध और मीठा पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने के लिए ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में आरओ प्लांट लगाने का कार्य जारी है। जाखम बांध से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में पेयजल की समस्या की दूर की जाएगी।

वहीं मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हवाई पट्टियों की मरम्मत पर 16 करोड़ रुपये होंगे खर्च। ऊर्जा पर बोलते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पिछले तीन साल में 1 लाख 27 हजार कृषि कनेक्शन दिए गए है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पर्यटन पर राज्य सरकार का विशेष जोर है। प्रदेश में पर्यटकों की संख्या में इजाफा हुआ है। प्रदेश वक्फ दरगाहों को भी पर्यटन के रूप मेें विकसित किया जाएगा। अगले दो साल में 1 लाख नए कृषि कनेक्शन दिए जाएंगे।

वहीं तीर्थ यात्रा के बजट को दोगुना किया जाएगा। 2 करोड़ की लागत से 25 लाख पौधे लाएंगे जाएंगे। तिरुपति और बद्रीनाथ में राज्य सरकार धर्मशाला बनायेगी। प्रदेश में स्मृति वनों का विकास किया जाएगा। बाड़मेरए बांसवाड़ा और जालोर में स्मृति वन बनेंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश के मंदिरों का विकास होगा। गोडावण पक्षी का संरक्षण किया जाएगा।केंद्र सरकार के सहयोग से प्लास्टिक इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज की जयपुर में स्थापना होगी साथ जयपुर में हाई लर्निंग सेंटर की स्थापना होगी। फसल बीमा योजना से किसानों को लाभ मिला है।

लखनऊ। यूपी विधानसभा चुनाव के छठे चरण के लिए मतदान शुरू हो गया है। गौरतलब है कि छठे चरण में सात जिलों की 49 सीटों के लिए मतदान हो रहा है। छठे चरण में कुल 635 उम्मीदवार मैदान में है, जिनके भाग्य का फैसला 1.72 करोड मतदाता करेंगे। वोटिंग के लिए दस हजार आठ सौ बीस मतदान केंद्र बनाए गए हैं।

ज्ञातव्य है कि इस चरण में महराजगंज, कुशीनगर, गोरखपुर, देवरिया, आजमगढ, मऊ और बलिया शामिल है। पहले एक घंटे में मतदान धीमा रहा है। यूपी में सुबह 11 बजे तक 23.28 फीसदी वोटिंग हुई। वहीं सुबह 9 बजे तक 11 फीसदी वोटिंग दर्ज की गई थी। 9 बजे तक देवरिया में 10.7फीसदी , महाराजगंज में 11फीसदी, बलिया में 11फीसदी और कुशीनगर में 10.8 फीसदी वोटिंग हुई थी।

इनमें से सबसे ज्यादा गोरखपुर शहर सीट पर 23 और आमजगढ-गोहना सीट पर सात-सात प्रत्याशी चुनाव मैदान में हैं। सुबह से ही लोग वोट डालने मतदान केन्द्र पहुंच रहे हैं। गोरखपुर सीट से बीजेपी के सांसद योगी आदित्यनाथ सुबह ही वोट डालने मतदान केन्द्र पहुंचे। वोट डालने के बाद योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि इस चुनाव में बीजेपी को दो-तिहाई बहुमत मिलेगा। साथ ही उन्होनें कहा कि इस बार के चुनाव में जनता को सपा और बसपा के कुशासन से मुक्ति मिलेगी।

आर्थिक रूप से वंचित लोगों को आरक्षण देगी सरकार : राठौड़

जयपुर। संसदीय कार्यमंत्री राजेन्द्र राठौड़ ने शुक्रवार को विधानसभा में कहा कि राज्य सरकार तमाम कानूनी वैधानिक अड़चनों को दूर कर आर्थिक रूप से वंचित अनारक्षित वर्ग के लोगों को आरक्षण देने के लिए कटिबद्ध है।

राठौड़ ने शून्यकाल में इस संबंध में उठाए गए मुद्दे पर हस्तक्षेप करते हुए बताया कि आर्थिक आधार पर आरक्षण देने का मामला सदन में दो बार आ चुका है। इस संबंध में 2008 में एक्ट पास हुआ, जिसे न्यायालय द्वारा 22 दिसंबर, 2010 को रद्द किया गया और निर्देश दिए गए कि एक्ट का पूरा अध्ययन किया जाए।

उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा वर्ष 2013 में आर्थिक पिछड़ा आयोग बनाया गया तथा अनूपचन्द गोयल की अध्यक्षता में इस कार्य की शुरुआत की जा चुकी है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस संबंध में सरकार द्वारा मंत्रिमंडलीय उपसमिति का भी गठन किया जा चुका है।

राठौड़ ने बताया कि वर्ष 2015 में सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में बनाए गए एक्ट के माध्यम से सरकार केन्द्र सरकार से इसे 9वीं अनुसूची में शामिल करने के लिए पत्राचार कर रही है। उन्होंने आश्वस्त किया कि कानूनी व वैधानिक अड़चन को दूर कर सरकार अनारक्षित वर्ग को आरक्षण देने के लिए तत्पर है।
